Steven Kimmel – President
Steven started with Westboro in 1976 and has worked in every department including warehouse, delivery and retail sales. Steven assumed the leadership of the company when the founder Mr. Morris Kimmel retired in 1995. “We strive to maintain the Kimmel family’s values and ethics everyday.”
Barbara Champagne – Director of Commercial and Retail Divisions
Barb has been a member of the Westboro Flooring & Décor team since 1983.

Eva Lepore – Director of New Homes & High-Rise
Eva began her career with Westboro Flooring & Décor in 1988. “After more than 25 years I’ve dealt with a lot of customers & market trends may have changed – but customer service should not. When working with a new home builder or high-rise developer, one always has to remember there are 2 customers – the builder and the buyers. As leader of a diverse group who handles a project from product selection & estimating to installation, site management and in home service appointments, I am constantly encouraging my team to remember each stage is connected and is all part of the overall customer experience.
Steve Kaiman – Director of Warehouse Operations
“Our warehouse & distribution centre is a fast paced environment. From the early morning hours my staff will work fast & furious to load sub-contractors and the daily new construction materials for delivery of the day’s installations. Some days unloading a tractor trailer of product adds to the challenge. When that is complete we begin our daily tasks of counting inventory, cutting carpet and helping retail customers, either by loading goods or delivering them to their homes in a timely manner. It’s all in a day’s works!”
Pam Stanley – Director of Operations
Pam joined the Westboro family in 2000. “The challenge of my department is to be a quick study and fast thinker while maintaining a calm, compassionate outward demeanour. My area very much concentrates on people, taking care the physical & emotional needs of our employees. Happy, healthy employees who feel valued will in return bestow that feeling to our customers of all divisions and nature.”
Adina Libin – CPA,CA
Adina received her CA designation in 2008 while working for a local accounting firm. There she received training and exposure with many different industries including flooring. She started working at Westboro in 2012 and is enjoying being able to go in depth with one company and focus on improvements from within. As Westboro continues to grow, Adina feels that the work she does can help the other managers focus on what is most important, the customer.
